OEM Sheet Metal Fabrication White Coated Stamping Part refers to a custom-made Sheet Metal component that is produced through the process of stamping and coated with a white finish.

Sheet metal fabrication involves the shaping and forming of metal sheets into desired shapes and sizes. Stamping is a specific technique used in sheet metal fabrication, where a die is used to cut, shape, or form the metal into the desired design.
 CNC punching is generally suitable for cutting low-carbon steel, electrolytic plates, aluminum zinc coated plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, and stainless steel plates with a thickness of T=3.5-4mm or less. The recommended thickness for CNC punching is: aluminum alloy plates and copper plates are 0.8-4.0,Engraved Brass Plates low-carbon steel plates are 0.8-3.5mm, and stainless steel plates are 0.8-2.5mm. For copper plate processing, there is significant deformation, Metal Chequered Plate and for CNC punching of PC and PVC plates, there are large burrs on the processing edges and low accuracy.


The diameter and width of the tool used for stamping must be greater than the material thickness, such as Φ 1.5 cutting tools cannot punch 1.6mm of material

Materials below 0.6mm generally do not require NCT processing.

Stainless steel materials generally do not require NCT processing. (Of course, 0.6~1.5mm materials can be processed by NCT, Patterned Plate Sheet Metal but the tool wear is large, and the scrap rate of on-site processing is much higher than other GI materials.)
